    nice links CJ
a month or so ago I provided some Film School links.
Can't recall them off the top of my head & perhaps in the
Forum change over they might have vanished into the ether

@Carl V was it a new thread or a post in an existing thread? I don't seem to find anything either. We did lose 4 days of threads at the beginning of February due to the roll-back.

the use of lighting & movement
    I'll ponder & try to find it...Jack

More movie review and discussion than actual movie technique is
    http://redlettermedia.com/
Too snarky at times and they like to rip movies apart but sometimes has really good insight and information

However, the exact opposite of RLM is Movies with Mikey and this is my favorite movie channel right now. Delivery might turn some people off, but I find it hysterical:
    Movies with Mikey - YouTube
It's his mission to celebrate what's good about movies instead of tearing them down. He claims Every Frame a Painting is his favorite movie channel (and is the reason I watch that one, too)

I've heard of RLM but haven't seen any of their videos yet. I'll definitely check out the other one. I started finding some of these channels watching movies like Cinema Sins - Everything Wrong With ... but they problem is they don't discriminate between actual bad films and good films that have some tropes or cliches or they sin a movie for having a cliche when its really simply a common story telling method, which is not always the same. I don't need to watch a channel tear apart even the best movies out there.

Interesting take on The Good, The Bad and The Ugly. Not as polished as some of the other channels I've mentioned but worth a watch.

I thought 10 Cloverfield Lane was really good and underrated. Warning this video spoils everything in the film.
