Why is a 55" 4K TV $600 but a 27" 4K computer monitor is $1200?

    I think you probably reap the quantity cost bene's of panels that are common 16:9 TV format.

    Usually the ultra-wides have software tools that allow you to make two virtual screens and some even allow you to split screen between two sources so its like having two monitors without the bezel.
