John Wayne, Maureen O'Hara, Victor McLaglen and Barry Fitzgerald are the primary cast and John Ford directed.

Casablanca is my all time favorite movie so that would be up there for sure.

The Secret Life of Walter Mitty is a new 'inspiring' favorite.

A "seasonal" favorite is always National Lampoons Xmas Vacation

Walter Mitty was very good also the first 3 Vacation movies. Vegas just doesn't have any rewatch value for me.

Mitty was inspiring for me 'chase your dreams, get out there' etc. Plus visually it was filmed in such amazing locations.

    I agree Chad...Vegas...meh.

Another one I should have remembered, Monster vs. Aliens. Don't know why I missed it. As for John Wayne movies, McClintock, The Comancheros, and Donovan's Reef all come to mind.

"High Fidelity" is great, I'm going to go with "That Thing You Do." It's got everything, humor, soundtrack, romance, love it.

"Pirate Radio" is also right up there. Makes me want to sell everything except my records and my turntable and buy a boat.

Goonies. Possibly the perfect adventure movie and in my top 10 overall.

    OK. POPSTAR...interesting.
    Which plays right into CJ's
    Guilty pleasure theme.

I think it's agreed some of these/our Guilty
Pleasure films might stand the test of time
    others not so much

Popstar had so much potential, but was merely okay. Every time I start watching it, I wonder why I'm not watching Zoolander instead.
