Even worse than those, Krokodil has come into the US (which is supposed to give one a high like heroin)

I tried to pick an image that was less gross than many (believe it or not)

Same thought I had. This is not a human seeking pleasure. And that crap looks like a year-long suicide. WTF

Need to get this thread back to cheery topics like dead idols and wasted talent.

Does this put a damper in the debate on medical marijuana? Tom clearly would have had no problem securing weed to deal with pain. Was it not good/enough?

    Fentanyl is like... TXHOUhammer_wendel.jpg

    Weed is like... hammer_necklace5_1024x1024.jpg

But weed is not physically addictive and is helpful.

As Denton illustrates, I think it's a matter of degree. My point was about doctors placing powerful opioids into the hands of addicts and/or known abusers. Marijuana is a completely different category (unless you buy into the Jeff Sessions Reefer Madness theory.)

Makes sense and I kind of got myself where you were going after I posted but didn't edit. Its not really about the drugs themselves in cases like this but rather knowing your patient.

I don't want to denigrate the pain relief obtainable from MM. It does indeed depend on the type and severity of the pain. Inflammatory conditions seem to respond to CBD as well.

Please understand that the rock star in question could have been using cannabis as well. This was in California after all, and they may not report weed (or test for it?).
