Monday BB brought my new TV and yesterday FedEx brought my new Oppo 203.
Claud - looking good - are those B&W speakers?
I agree nice TV and appealing home decor.
They sure look like B&W speakers to me too.
Have you felt the need to tweak the settings like
the AVS forum outlines?
Looks good, Claude. I've been blown away by the picture on my new OLED and I'm sure that you will be similarly blown away by yours.
Getting it ISF calibrated in a month after it breaks in. Looks pretty damn good now. Speakers are oldy but goody B & W CDM7 SE w/ matching center. Rears are B & W outdoor speakers. Cabinet also has a Pioneer LD player and a Rotel integrated amp fed by a heavily modded Sony ES multi disk CD player. for music in my Kitchen from built in Boston speakers and on new porch through PSB speakers. Cabinet also has TW set top box and Oppo 203. Cabinet is by Standout Designs and has easily removed back panels and quiet thermostatic controlled fans.
Looks like the same CDM center channel I have in a secondary set-up (pic below). I have (B&W) P6s as mains which was an audio only series I bought new over 25 years ago. Use B&W LM-1s for surrounds and have what the builder put in for in ceiling Atmos speakers (I believe Sonance).
Got home from work and set up Oppo 203 and learned a bit more about switching things on TV. Then I put the 4K Earth 11 in the player and let her rip. WHAT A PICTURE!!!!!
HDR 10 and all kinds of animals that you can see the individual hairs. OLED and Oppo is money well spent!!
Glad you're enjoying the Oppo with your new OLED!!
Ah, there's nothing like the smell of new electronics!
Is that a clear acrylic frame around the screen? Looks great.

I only have one bit of constructive criticism. Next time you shoot a pic of the system do it a bit more along these lines:
So which of the three things in that photo include the most plastic?
Which photo? Plastic or Silicone?
Man, that guy would love Ethan Winer.
More to the point what's the sound and source/s?
Just remember those Gilmore ads (never heard the speakers) from a long time ago when I used to subscribe to audio magazines. They just grabbed my attention. I really did want to hear the speakers at the time. They are apparently still in business and now sell direct to consumers - Glacier Audio Gilmore Speakers
