I was following the SEOS project back when I was DIYing speakers, and on paper they look awesome, but I never had the room for something that size. With a TD driver, that probably sounds awesome if it has a properly designed XO.

That is actually a nice sounding design
What was Mikes Speaker that was similar?
doesn't he have JBL woofers and Horns?

sorta makes me smile & chuckle. Back at HTT Saurav and
I and Larry would encourage & champion the notion of Bigger drivers
and higher eff. systems...even horns, while standard MT Or MTM
with 6" drivers would be favored.

Moving air takes some real estate.

By all accounts Mike has a helluva stereo set up theses days
BIGGER Drivers, Horn Midrange HF driver, Nice XO.

I'll always have a love for large speakers. And never enough house to put them in.

But that's ok, what I've got is good enough - :)

I believe Mike K's speakers feature Cerwin Vega woofers and large horn midrange/tweeters, all guided by Yohn's custom x-overs.
